We are finally in Sestri Levante for a few days relaxation before the mission. Thank you all who gave us wedding anniversary gift! We are using it here!
We came here last year and fell In love with it!
The hotel we are in is right on the Bay of Silence. All I can hear right now is the sound of the wind and some wind chimes near by!
It took 18 hours of fights, layovers, and train ride to get to Pisa at 8:00 pm last night.
Our B&B was right at the Tower of Pisa area. We walked around and viewed with no tourist there! Beautiful at night. The next morning there were lots of people there.
Because of the time difference we thought we would wake up super early. No need for alarm. At 11:00 am I heard the sound of a vacuum cleaner. Yikes! Check out was at 10:00 am. Anyways owner was very kind. He knew we had come a long way and were very tired.
From there a 2.5 hour train ride to here. We arrived at 3:00 pm today.
Found one of the BEST gelaterias! The one we went to last time was good but it was closed. Along a side street we stumbled on a better one! K2 Galateria.
